Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Choira, we understand that situations may arise where you may need to cancel or reschedule your studio booking. To ensure fairness for all our users and to keep our studios running smoothly, we have implemented the following cancellation and refund policy for studio bookings made through the Choira App.

  • No refund will be provided if the user is late for a recording session. Studios have a strict schedule, and we expect our users to arrive on time to ensure that everyone's time is respected.

  • If the booking is cancelled 24 hours or more prior to the session, the user will receive a refund of 80% of the studio fee. This gives the studio enough time to fill the slot and ensures that our users are not penalized for last-minute cancellations.

  • If the booking is cancelled between 0-24 hours before the session, no refund will be provided. This is because the studio has likely turned away other potential bookings and may have incurred costs to prepare for the session.

  • We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
